 Mr. Fingal received his B.A. from the California State University of Fullerton in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of California, Davis in 1977. He resides in Orange, California with his wife, Jamie, and has three adult children.

Mr. Fingal is a member of the California State Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and was a former name partner in the twenty person Orange County law firm of Friedemann, Keto and Fingal. In his over thirty-five years of practice he has acquired substantial expertise in all transactional areas with extensive experience in corporate, real estate, and estate planning.

Mr. Fingal is also involved in non-profit civic and community organizations including Habitat for Humanity of Orange County.

Mr. Fahrney received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1977.  He resides in Santa Ana, California with his wife, Sharon and has two adult children.

Mr. Fahrney was admitted to the California State Bar in 1977 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court (Central and Southern Districts). He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, is actively involved in the legal community, and has achieved an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.

Mr. Fahrney's litigation and transactional practice includes real estate, construction, banking, business, corporate securities, estate planning and insurance matters.  He has substantial experience in resolving partnership disputes, real estate issues, probate, and general business matters.  Mr. Fahrney was a former partner in the Orange County law firms of Friedemann & Menke and Menke, Fahrney & Carroll.  Mr. Fahrney has tried in excess of seventy-five  jury and non-jury cases for plaintiffs and defendants.

Outside the firm, Mr. Fahrney has participated in and supported many non-profit civic and industry organizations.

Mr. Clark received his B.S. from the University of California, Davis in 1981 and his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, in 1986. He resides in Laguna Beach, California with his wife, Kendall, and their four children.

Mr. Clark was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court (Central and Eastern Districts). He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and is the former Chair of the Business Litigation Section of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Clark has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases for plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Clark’s litigation practice emphasizes commercial and corporate disputes, real estate, insurance, and general business matters.

Mr. Clark is also actively involved in non-profit civic and community organizations including as the past President of the Session of the Laguna Presbyterian Church in Laguna Beach, California.
